This constant flux of “technoimages” satisfies us in its accessibility, quality, and abundance, yet intimately dumbfounds us and renders us immune to the true fascination of the great beauty of the past.

The experience of art, filtered rather than directly experienced, begins and ends with a convulsive click through which perception is dulled and faded. Our artistic research wants to recover the physicality of these impalpable images, returning them to a world of conscious vulnerability wherein technical gesture and matter become a primordial cell for the work art and, at once, its mortal coil.
